A. Because "My Grandmother's Ear-Trumpet Has Been Struck by Lightning" wouldn't fit in the available space.

Unfortunately, the award went to Norma Shearer for The Divorcee. Did Norma deserve the award over 2 Garbo performances? I don’t feel she did, but I’m slightly biased. she just looks so bad ass in this picture. like “yah, i’m a boss, and?”
