John Galliano Spring 1994
John Galliano’s Spring 1994 collection was inspired by a fictional character named Princess Lucretia and her voyage of self-discovery. The show began with her escape from Russia (above) “with anything she can grab from her Boudoir”. Models ran dramatically down the runway as wolves howled, some tripping over their extravagant crinolines.

Suprise Suprise, Kate Moss covers Vogue US.
I was shocked that she was the face of Vogue UK in August rather than her usual September cover slot, it appears this was the reason why.
They delve into details of her wedding, which they call ‘The Most Romantic Wedding of the Year’. Whilst she wore Galliano on her big day, she fronts the magazine wearing a modified McQueen AW11 dress.
The cover has already received early praised for featuring a model on the cover rather than a celebrity. Hear, Hear.
